Terms of Service & License Agreement

All DRIVYN products are digital goods, delivered electronically. When you purchase a DRIVYN product, you are buying a personal, non-transferable license to access and use that product. You are not purchasing the underlying content itself, and ownership of the material remains with DRIVYN at all times.

Upon purchase, DRIVYN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• —Access and use the product for your own personal, individual use
• —Print or download the product for your own personal reference

This license is granted to you as the original purchaser only. It does not extend to any other person, account, or entity unless explicitly stated otherwise at time of purchase.

You may not, under any circumstances:

• —Share, forward, post, or otherwise distribute your access link, login credentials, or downloaded files to any other person
• —Resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the product or any part of it
• —Upload the product, or any portion of it, to any public website, forum, file-sharing service, cloud drive, or social media platform
• —Reproduce, copy, or republish the product's content, in whole or in part, for any commercial or public purpose
• —Remove, obscure, or alter any DRIVYN branding, copyright notices, or attribution contained in the product
• —Use the product to create a derivative product for sale or distribution

Violation of any of the above is a breach of this license and may result in immediate revocation of your access, without refund, and may expose you to legal liability.

DRIVYN actively monitors for unauthorized distribution of its products. If DRIVYN determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a purchaser has shared, redistributed, or publicly posted their access to a DRIVYN product in violation of this license:

• —Your access may be revoked immediately and without notice
• —You will not be entitled to a refund
• —DRIVYN reserves the right to pursue any available legal remedy, including but not limited to claims for copyright infringement and breach of contract, against any individual or account responsible for unauthorized distribution

All content within DRIVYN products — including text, design, branding, structure, and any associated digital tools — is the exclusive intellectual property of DRIVYN and is protected under applicable copyright law. No part of this license transfers any ownership or intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

Because DRIVYN products are digital goods delivered electronically and accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered except where required by applicable law. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

DRIVYN products are provided "as is." While DRIVYN takes care to ensure products function as described, DRIVYN makes no guarantee of specific personal, financial, health, or other outcomes from using any product. Products are educational and organizational tools, not professional advice.

DRIVYN may update these terms at any time. Continued use of any DRIVYN product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
